Job summary

REM Community Services, a part of Sevita, is hiring caregivers in Minnesota. The role offers awake and asleep shifts with pay of $19.65/hour awake and $11.41/hour asleep. Schedule is 7 on/7 off, overnight from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am, Wednesday through Tuesday.

You’ll build meaningful relationships, enable participants to live well, and support their goals. Full benefits and a 401(k) with company match are provided for full-time staff, plus paid time off and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
