Job summary

REM Community Services, a Sevita company, is hiring a caregiver for full-time overnight shifts in Minnesota. You will support individuals with developmental disabilities and help with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with participants, families and staff.
• Patience, compassion and reliable attendance are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants in community activities and day-to-day goals.
• Monitor participant wellbeing and report changes to supervisors.
• Follow care plans and adhere to safety policies and procedures.
