Job summary

REM Community Services, part of Sevita, is hiring a caregiver for full-time overnight shifts. Awake hours pay $16 per hour; sleep overnight hours pay $11.41 per hour, with a rotating schedule across weeks. Benefits include a full package, PTO, and supportive supervision to help participants reach personal goals.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, adaptability, teamwork and reliability, plus a valid driver's license and access to a insured vehicle. Paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent not required.
• Paid training provided.
• Valid driver's license and access to insured vehicle.
• Strong communication and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, person-centered caregiving to individuals with developmental needs.
• Assist participants with daily activities, budgeting, exercise and nutrition goals.
• Support community participation and accompany participants to activities.
• Document care, adherence to plans, and progress toward goals.
• Maintain safety, reliability, and respectful communication at all times.
