Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Deliver accurate and timely medication reminders.
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and fall-prevention protocols.
• Prepare simple, client-appropriate meals based on care plans.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment.
• Offer compassionate companionship and emotional support.
• Document and report changes in client condition promptly and accurately.
• Transport clients to medical appointments or essential errands.
