Job summary

Right at Home is seeking compassionate, dependable Caregivers to provide quality in-home care to seniors and adults in the greater Jacksonville area. Overnight shift from 11pm to 7am offers flexible opportunities and meaningful, at-home support.

Caregivers assist with ADLs, provide companionship, and follow care plans while maintaining a safe home environment. CPR certification, background screen, and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Background Screening is required.
• Valid government-issued photo ID and a second form of identification (SSN card or Passport) are required.
• Current CPR Certification is required.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor.
• Previous caregiving, HHA, or CNA experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs including bathing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and meal prep.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in conversation and activities.
• Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and outings.
• Follow care plans and document services provided.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment.
• Communicate changes in client condition to the office promptly.
