Qualifications

• CNA license or HHA certificate (HHAs must have Palm Beach County badge).
• Valid driver license or state photo ID.
• Secondary form of ID (SSN, passport, etc.).
• Auto insurance.
• CPR certificate (not online).
• TB or chest X-ray.
• Level 2 fingerprint background check.
• Alzheimer's, HIV, and med-management CEUs.
• One letter of recommendation.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living and transfers.
• Perform housekeeping duties as listed (vacuum, dust, mop, dishes, laundry, bathrooms).
• Prepare meals and snacks per instructions.
• Accompany clients to errands or medical appointments.
• Support bathing, dressing, grooming, and shaving.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with prescribed range-of-motion exercises.
• Provide dementia care.
• Offer companionship through reading, music, puzzles, and more.
