Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC. is hiring a Resident Assistant for Assisted Living on a Part-Time NOC shift in Ohio.

The role features an overnight schedule (7pm–7am) with hourly pay between USD 16 and USD 18.40, and benefits for full- or part-time staff. Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities, transporting residents to activities and dining, responding to emergencies, and reviewing care plans with vital sign checks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• All state educational requirements for the position must be met.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience working with an elderly population is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with assistance in activities of daily living (grooming, bathing, personal environment).
• Transport residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining.
• Respond to emergency calls, resident and/or visitor requests, and environmental hazards promptly and safely.
• Review and adhere to resident care plans and obtain vital signs.
