Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking an Overnight Part Time Care Associate for The Sheridan at Park Ridge. Provides assistance with activities of daily living in the Assisted Living program, including medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and escort services, while promoting resident independence and dignity.

The role requires at least one year of senior care experience, English proficiency, and potentially a CNA or CHHA license depending on state.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in senior care.
• English proficiency to communicate with residents and staff.
• CNA or CHHA license may be required depending on state.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and scheduling.
• Compassionate, professional and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and escort services.
• Follow the resident care schedule as set by supervisor.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Document daily log of assistance provided.
• Inform supervisor of any resident issues or concerns.
• Respect and encourage independence and dignity of residents.
