Job summary

The Sheridan at Oak Brook is seeking a dedicated Care Associate for Memory Care MC & AL overnight shifts from 10pm to 6am. You will provide compassionate companionship and assist residents with daily living activities in a dementia care setting.

Qualifications

• Experience working with seniors with dementia, including participation in activities.
• English proficiency to perform duties and communicate with team.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and support to residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living for Memory Care residents including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
• Lead one-on-one and group activities.
• Assist with meals, laundry, and basic housekeeping in memory care neighborhood.
• Ensure concerns are addressed with timely responses and follow-up.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors and co-workers.
