Bridgewater Park Assisted Living in Ocala, FL is seeking a dedicated Resident Aide to support residents’ daily living, health needs and safety during the night shift from 11p to 7a. The role emphasizes compassionate care, documentation and teamwork within an Assisted Living team.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care, health support and safety for residents under supervision.
• Lead activities, encourage participation and monitor engagement.
• Assist with medication reminders and document times.
• Help residents in/out of shower and with daily hygiene.
• Aid transfers and dining room services; prepare meals and clean area.
• Offer emotional support and listen to residents to foster independence.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy at all times.
• Follow safety, infection control and facility cleanliness standards.
