Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Able to work a consistent overnight shift.
• Able to walk campus during patrols and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to complete incident reports accurately and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cameras, alarms, and access control during overnight hours.
• Conduct routine interior and exterior patrols of campus buildings and surrounding property.
• Walk the entire campus to ensure doors, gates, and access points are secured.
• Lock and unlock facilities per schedules and procedures.
• Verify authorized access and admit approved personnel, visitors, and vendors as required.
• Identify and report safety hazards, maintenance concerns, or suspicious activity.
• Respond to emergencies and contact emergency services when needed.
• Investigate incidents and complete written reports and documentation.
• Escort guests, visitors, and employees when required.
• Assist with parking lot monitoring and vehicle traffic control.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding incidents and investigations.
