Signature Sports Camps is seeking an On-Site Operations & Programs Coordinator for the New England Lacrosse Camp in Wolfeboro, NH. You will support daily camp operations, coach and staff coordination, and help deliver a high-energy, organized week for campers.

You’ll capture camp moments for families, assemble newsletters, and keep parents updated while ensuring safety and a positive camp culture throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating daily camp operations and staff
• Ability to capture photos/videos and compile newsletters
• Strong communication with staff and parents

Responsibilities

• Daily Camp Operations: share schedules, set up areas, ensure smooth transitions, assist with check-in/out.
• Program & Staff Support: keep activities organized, coordinate equipment/spaces, communicate needs to Locational Director.
• Camper & Parent Experience: capture highlights, gather camper feedback for updates, inform families.
• Camper Safety: supervise activities, assist with headcounts, reinforce safety procedures.
• Camp Culture & Energy: lead with positivity, engage campers and staff, maintain energy and momentum.
• What Success Looks Like: smooth schedules, supported staff, informed families, engaged campers, positive environment.
