Job summary

ABM is seeking a Building Engineer to oversee facility services in mission-critical environments in Baltimore, MD. You will manage daily operations and serve as the primary ABM contact for site leadership, ensuring 100% operational availability.

You will supervise a team of Critical Facility Technicians, Assistant Chief Engineers, and external contractors, maintain HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems, perform basic carpentry and repairs, handle work orders, and promote safety and reliability

Qualifications

• Experience in building operations and facilities maintenance.
• Ability to lead and develop a team of technicians and coordinate with contractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily facility operations for mission-critical environments.
• Oversee HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems; maintain and repair building infrastructure.
• Serve as the primary ABM contact for site leadership and oversee work orders and requests.
