Robinhood Markets, Inc. is seeking an Overnight Customer Experience Representative for Brokerage Services. This role supports customers in Chicago, IL; Denver, CO; Westlake, TX with in-person onboarding during a 10-week period and later remote shifts.

You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and chat, working to improve the customer experience and build deep knowledge of equities, margin, and options concepts. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Active FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required.
• Excellent customer service with strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to adapt CX delivery across phone and written channels.
• Defuse customer anxiety with professional service.
• Self-starter who handles ambiguity and a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a multi-task setting and be flexible.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experience via phone, email and chat.
• Act as voice of the customer to identify improvements and share insights.
• Develop depth of knowledge in equities trading, margin, and options trading.
