Alphanumeric is hiring a Biopharm Manufacturing Associate for King of Prussia, PA, to perform GMP cleaning and support biopharmaceutical manufacturing operations in a regulated environment.

This overnight role requires 12-hour shifts, with a rotating 2-2-3 schedule and every other weekend availability. Candidates should have GMP cleaning experience and a high school diploma, with strong attention to detail and safety commitments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of sterile or GMP cleaning experience in pharma/biotech or 5+ years equivalent.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Basic understanding of cGMP, SOPs and safety standards.
• Ability to read and follow detailed cleaning procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Able to complete cleaning logs and documentation.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a regulated setting.
• Willingness to work 12-hour overnight shifts and every other weekend.

Responsabilités

• Perform GMP cleaning and sanitization of production, laboratory, and warehouse areas per SOPs.
• Follow cGMP, EHS guidelines and site quality standards.
• Execute scheduled cleaning activities and maintain GMP documentation.
• Handle, prepare, and use approved cleaning materials and equipment.
• Maintain clean, organized, inspection-ready work areas per 5S.
• Follow PPE and safety procedures.
• Identify and report safety concerns, equipment issues or deviations.
• Ensure supplies are available and maintained.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality and site personnel.
• Maintain reliable attendance and rotating schedules.
