Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of GMP cleaning experience in pharma/biotech; or 5+ years equivalent.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred.
• Strong understanding of cGMP, SOPs, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and follow detailed cleaning procedures.
• Accurate completion of cleaning logs and forms.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and with team in a regulated environment.
• Willingness to work 12-hour overnight shifts, including every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Perform GMP cleaning and sanitization per SOPs in production, lab, and warehouse areas.
• Adhere to cGMP, EHS guidelines and site quality standards.
• Complete scheduled cleaning activities and maintain GMP documentation.
• Handle cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment properly.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas in 5S standards.
• Follow PPE and safety procedures and report issues promptly.
• Ensure supplies are available and maintained.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and site personnel.
• Maintain reliable attendance and rotate with schedule.
