GMP Cleaning Associate/Biopharm Manufacturing Associate in King of Prussia, PA is needed for overnight shifts from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM, 12 hours, 3–4 days per week, including every other weekend. The schedule rotates 2–2–3 on/off and involves cleaning production, lab and warehouse areas.

You will follow GMP cleaning procedures, safety rules, and quality standards; report incidents and abnormalities; maintain 5S and tidy areas, and document tasks per procedure.

Competenze

• Reading and comprehension skills required to execute GMP Cleaning activities and ensure operations occur in safe, compliant and efficient manner.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Sterile or GMP Cleaning operations within Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry or 5 or more years of equivalent experience
• Prior experience with pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Familiar with cGMPs, regulatory guidelines, governmental codes, and standard operating procedures.
• Strong communications skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of safety and GMP requirements

Mansioni

• Safety: follow all EHS procedures, standards and PPE requirements; notify appropriate personnel of any incident and accident in respective area; raise ZAPs for any EHS concerns; attend Stop for Safety Sessions on respective shift/area.
• Quality: follow GMP procedures; report any abnormalities/adverse event to FLL (OLN, Rapid Response, deviation) in a timely manner; perform area cleaning and record per procedure.
• Performance: adhere to site cleaning procedure and schedule; maintain on-time attendance; keep 5S, area cleanliness and tidiness; interact professionally with other staff.
