Job summary

Stein Eriksen Lodge in Park City, Utah, is seeking a Bell Attendant to provide warm, proactive service to guests and help ensure a memorable stay.

You will welcome guests, assist with check-in/out, deliver items to rooms, and maintain a neat front area. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required, with ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This role supports the Stein Collection’s standards of hospitality and safety.

Qualifications

• Prior guest service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain professional and courteous at all times.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ensure their stay is enjoyable.
• Be familiar with local attractions and hotel facilities.
• Assist guests at check-in and checkout and handle baggage.
• Orient guests to the Lodge and recommend services and activities.
• Deliver items to rooms and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Operate PBX system and follow safety procedures.
