Stein Eriksen Lodge in Park City, Utah seeks a front desk/guest services professional to provide prompt, courteous service to guests and familiarize them with the property. You will assist with luggage and driving responsibilities as requested, and help guests at check-in and checkout.

Responsibilities include guiding guests to rooms, orienting them to the lodge and facilities, and delivering exceptional service while enjoying unmatched ski/snowboard benefits and employee perks.

Summary:

To provide prompt, courteous service to guests and familiarize all incoming guests to the property. Assist with luggage and driving responsibilities that guests/owners request.Must be 21 years of age and have a valid drivers license.

Essential Functions:

• Welcome guests sincerely and make their stay as enjoyable as possible. Effectively and seriously respond and deal with the guests needs and requests
• Be fully aware of daily functions in the hotel. Knowledgeable of surrounding area's attractions and points of interests
• Assist guests at check-in and checkout. Tag, store, and distribute baggage
• Orient guests to the Lodge and facilities
• Show rooms and property to visitors
