Job summary

Stein Eriksen Lodge in Park City, Utah, invites you to join our Bell Attendant team, delivering prompt, courteous service and helping guests settle in with warmth and professionalism.

This role requires standing and walking for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, assisting with check-in/check-out, and guiding guests around the property with a calm, friendly demeanor. Knowledge of PBX systems and safety procedures is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift at least 50 lbs.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests sincerely and make their stay as enjoyable as possible.
• Be fully aware of daily functions in the hotel; knowledgeable of surrounding area attractions and points of interest.
• Assist guests at check-in and checkout; tag, store, and distribute baggage.
• Orient guests to the Lodge and facilities.
• Show rooms and property to visitors.
• Delivery of items such as faxes, messages, packages, and flowers to the rooms as needed.
• Maintain fires in the fireplaces in the main entrance and main lobby.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and professional work area (including bell stand, room 11, and entire front entrance in the garage).
• Have working knowledge of PBX console and procedures.
• Respond to all emergency situations, and know all the safety and emergency procedures.
• Demonstrate an outgoing and pleasant attitude with all guests and employees.
• Take all necessary measures to help the guests and fellow employees.
