Job summary

Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City is seeking a friendly and service-driven Front Desk / Guest Services team member in downtown Salt Lake City. You will welcome guests, assist with luggage, and help deliver memorable experiences in a premier hotel setting.

Ideal candidates communicate well, stay active during shifts, and can work flexible hours including overnights and weekends. Benefits include comprehensive hotel perks and opportunity for growth within a global hospitality brand.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide restaurant and transportation recommendations to guests.
• Deliver guest services and respond to guest requests.

Job Functions May Include:

• Welcoming guests and providing exemplary service in lobby
• Offering assistance and delivery of luggage to and from guest room
• Unloading of luggage into and out of vehicle
• Assisting with luggage storage, package handling and delivery
• Amenity delivery and set up
• Assisting with restaurant and transportation recommendations
• Providing guest services upon request.
