Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of behavioral health experience.
• Experience using Electronic Health Records (EHR) and basic computer applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and well-being of individuals and staff.
• Conduct vital signs assessments and assist with daily living activities.
• Document services and significant interactions in the EHR.
• Maintain unit safety and monitor individuals every 15 minutes.
• Assist with restraints/seclusion protocols when necessary to ensure safety.
• Complete required training and participate in monthly meetings.
