Responsibilities

• Manage safety and security at the facility front, greet and screen visitors, ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Assist with individual care needs and daily living activities as needed.
• Document services and interactions in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Provide 15‑minute safety checks and monitor unit safety continuously.
