Job summary

Sandstone Care is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Technician in Cascade, Colorado. In this full-time position, you will support clients through their recovery journey by providing direct care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to foster growth and ensure safety.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, experience in a behavioral health setting, and strong skills in crisis management and documentation. A flexible schedule and comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a behavioral health setting, preferably with adolescents.
• Candidates should have a valid driver's license and no driving violations.
• CPR certification is preferred or must be obtained within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and guide clients during therapeutic activities.
• Respond to behavioral incidents with de-escalation techniques.
• Document client behavior and report significant changes.
