Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of college education or one year of human services experience is required.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in psychology or behavioral health is preferred.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in a behavioral health setting, preferably with adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and guide clients during therapeutic activities and recreational activities.
• Respond to incidents and use de-escalation techniques.
• Work closely with clinical teams to ensure consistent care.
• Maintain accurate records of client behavior.
• Utilize a compassionate approach for clients with behavioral health challenges.
