• Two years of college or 1 year of human services experience required.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree in psychology or behavioral health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and guide clients during therapeutic and recreational activities, facilitate skill-building exercises, and support clients in achieving treatment goals.
• Respond to incidents and use de-escalation techniques to maintain a calm environment.
• Work closely with the clinical and operational teams to ensure consistent care delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of client behavior and report significant changes promptly; ensure confidentiality and safety.
