Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and support to clients during the overnight shift.

• Offer clients guidance related to recovery and 12-step or other models when appropriate.
• Encourage participation in treatment plans and activities.
• Assist with intake, orientation, and transition needs as required.
• Collaborate with counselors, medical staff, and other team members to support client care.
• Maintain documentation and report safety or medical concerns promptly.
