Job summary

Recovery and Wellness is seeking a Recovery Home Coordinator for third shift to oversee operations of recovery homes and ensure a safe, drug- and alcohol-free environment. You will participate in intake, discharge and care plan development, log outcomes, and assist with room checks and drug screens as directed.

The role requires maintaining certifications and licenses, working with staff and community partners, and supporting grant/report duties as needed. A driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Two to four years related experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret correspondence from referral sources and other service providers.
• Ability to log and document client outcomes and daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Recovery Program Manager in overseeing operations of recovery homes and ensure safety and compliance.
• Participate in intake, discharge and care plan development.
• Maintain a drug- and alcohol-free environment and log outcomes; conduct drug screens as directed.
