TruHealing Centers in Cincinnati, OH is seeking compassionate Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to join our overnight team. You will support clients on their recovery journey by providing supervision, encouragement, and a safe, therapeutic environment during your 3rd shift.

The ideal candidate holds a High School diploma, a valid Ohio CDCA certification, and strong communication and teamwork skills. Duties include admissions support, activity monitoring, transport assistance, documentation,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CDCA certification in Ohio required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Ability to pass background screenings and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Assist with admissions, orientations, and intake procedures.
• Provide clear communication to clients during admission processes.
• Monitor wellbeing and report changes to clinical staff.
• Conduct regular headcounts and track client locations.
• Facilitate orientation groups and encourage participation in programming.
• Assist with client transportation as needed.
• Support clients in emotional distress and assist with de-escalation.
• Maintain documentation, shift reports, and checklists.
• Uphold HIPAA compliance and maintain client confidentiality.
