Qualifications

• Bakery production experience or related role preferred.
• Knowledge of bakery production methods and standards.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations (handling, sanitation, storage).
• Must be able to obtain a food safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Operates and supervises continuous production line.
• Rotates among duties including filler, wrapper, packing, and stacking.
• Visually inspects product for quality and quantity.
• Reports equipment issues promptly.
• Follows safety procedures in daily operations.
