Responsibilities

• Package breads and pastries to established standards.
• Count products and verify quantities for orders.
• Label, organize, sort, and stage completed orders for delivery.
• Read and follow product, packaging, and order information accurately.
• Identify and communicate order discrepancies.
• Assist teammates to ensure timely completion.
• Wash dishes and production equipment as assigned.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces and areas per procedures.
• Maintain GMP-compliant, clean work areas throughout the shift.
• Cross-train and assist in other Night Bakery functions as needed.
