Responsibilities

• Bake and prepare bakery products according to company recipes and production schedules.
• Package, label, and date products accurately.
• Stock bakery displays and backroom inventory for the following day's business.
• Monitor product quality and remove outdated or damaged items.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bakery equipment, workstations, and storage areas.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company operating procedures.
• Receive and organize bakery deliveries as needed.
• Assist with inventory counts and report low stock levels.
• Safely operate bakery equipment, including ovens, mixers, slicers, and wrapping machines.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support bakery operations.
