SharBert Enterprises is seeking an experienced Overnight Baker to support commissary production at our BZN Airport kitchen. This role requires leadership experience and the ability to work overnight, producing a range of baked goods for airport concepts.

The position offers strong pay and benefits with a focus on quality and consistency. Hours are 9 pm to 5 am, with full-time or part-time status and flexible weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of baking experience, preferably in production or leadership-support role.
• Ability to follow established recipes and maintain consistency and quality presentation.
• Comfortable working independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively in a production environment.
• Basic understanding of kitchen organization, cleanliness, and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality baked goods (breads, pastries, muffins, cookies, specialty items).
• Execute recipes with precision while maintaining flavor, texture, and presentation standards.
• Support and uphold production standards set by Lead Baker.
• Ensure production timelines are met to support early-morning airport operations.
• Assist Lead Baker in maintaining workflow and production efficiency.
• Guide teammates during overnight production and reinforce standards.
