Responsibilities include crisis intervention, health protocol implementation, transportation coordination, and timely documentation to promote independence and community engagement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Reliable, eager to learn, and open to new opportunities.

Responsibilities
