Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to complete financial reconciliations accurately.
• Experience with hotel PMS systems preferred.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions overnight.

Responsibilities

• Perform guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Manage reservations, guest requests, and guest accounts.
• Complete all nightly audit procedures and financial reconciliations.
• Balance revenue, cash, and credit card transactions.
• Generate daily management reports.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) during overnight shifts.
• Handle guest complaints and service recovery situations professionally.
• Conduct security walks throughout the property.
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and guest disturbances.
• Provide exceptional guest service while maintaining a safe and secure environment.
