Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring a Night Auditor for the West Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa. The role requires 3–4 years of luxury resort night audit experience, OPERA PMS proficiency, and strong Excel and English skills.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years’ experience in Luxury Resort/Hotel Night Audit.
• OPERA PMS proficiency is required.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong command of English (oral and written).
• Willing to work nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-of-day bookkeeping and reconcile all revenue centers.
• Verify credit card, cash, and room charge transactions; ensure compliance with internal audit standards.
• Execute the End of Day sequence in the PMS and verify guest accounts and tax postings.
• Handle late-night check-ins, early-morning departures, and reservation inquiries; manage the switchboard.
• Resolve guest complaints or maintenance emergencies; escalate to management when needed.
• Prepare and distribute a Night Audit package (Manager’s Report, Occupancy Forecast, Revenue Summary, No-Show reports).
• Maintain a shift log and ensure seamless handovers.
• Conduct regular walk-throughs and monitor security; lead emergency protocols.
• Take on other duties as required by business needs.
