Sonesta International Hotels in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a dependable Night Auditor to join our front office team. In this overnight role you will balance daily transactions, prepare reports, and assist guests with late check-in and check-out needs.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, strong communication, attention to detail, and comfort with PMS/OPERA. Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred, and you must be able to work weekends and overnight hours.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior hotel or customer service experience preferred
• Strong math and computer skills; familiarity with PMS/OPERA a plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Professional appearance and guest-focused attitude
• Able to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Mansioni

• Perform nightly audits, balance transactions, and reconcile cashier reports.
• Run reports and post charges using PMS and POS systems.
• Manage late-night check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
• Provide prompt, professional guest service, and resolve issues.
• Support front desk and PBX operations as needed.
• Prepare daily reports for housekeeping, sales, and management.
