Homewood Suites by Hilton Austin TechRidge is seeking a reliable Night Auditor to balance nightly transactions and perform front desk duties during overnight hours. You will deliver friendly guest service while ensuring accurate financial records and smooth operations.

The role requires independent work, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining guest satisfaction overnight.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbally.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Willingness to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail in financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service during overnight stays.
• Perform QA for the front desk during night shift.
• Balance credit card transactions and prepare deposits.
• Close out the current business day and open the next.
• Manage guest requests and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Organize end-of-shift paperwork and audit packs.
• Maintain lobby and front desk areas neat and welcoming.
