Job summary

Daly Seven is seeking a Night Auditor to serve as the vital link between day and night operations, ensuring the hotel runs smoothly through the overnight hours. You will balance books, prepare the property for a new day, and help create a welcoming breakfast experience for guests.

You will master the audit process, cashiering procedures, and daily reports, while maintaining a clean lobby and handling guest Reservations with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and computer literacy.
• Able to work alone after training and during the 120-day probation.

Responsibilities

• Perform the nightly audit following guidelines to check the day’s work and correct any errors.
• Count the cash bank to start your shift and verify the money drop for the departing clerk.
• Correctly complete all daily forms and reports, ensuring data is entered accurately into the computer.
• Set up the continental breakfast to ensure guests start their day with a great meal.
• Maintain a clean lobby and office area for late-night arrivals and early-morning departures.
• Take reservations with accuracy and assist guests to find lodging if the Daly Seven is full.
