Job summary

Moxy Memphis Downtown is seeking a Night Auditor to serve as the overnight ambassador, welcoming guests and ensuring security and accurate nightly reports. The role balances accounts, prepares daily financials, and supports guest needs during the late hours.

Ideal candidates have attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work 11 PM–7 AM. Training is provided; prior hotel or accounting experience is a plus, with benefits and a calm, team-oriented environment.

Are you a night owl with a knack for numbers and a passion for hospitality? At Moxy Memphis Downtown, we’re looking for a Night Auditor to keep things running smoothly while the world sleeps. As the overnight ambassador for our hotel, you’ll ensure guests feel welcome, secure, and well cared for – even in the wee hours of the morning.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome late-night guests with a warm smile, check them in, and assist with any questions or requests.
• Handle the overnight audit process, balancing accounts and preparing daily financial reports (don’t worry, we’ll train you!).
• Monitor hotel security, ensuring the safety and comfort of all guests.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and needs – whether it’s a midnight snack recommendation or solving a last-minute request.
• Prepare for the day ahead by setting up breakfast and ensuring the front desk is guest-ready for the morning crew.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

• A love for working independently and staying productive during quiet hours.
• A strong attention to detail, especially when working with numbers and reports.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills – you’re a calm, collected multitasker.
• Prior hotel, front desk, or accounting experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train candidates with the right attitude and dedication.
• The ability to work overnight shifts (approximately 11 PM to 7 AM).

Schedule:

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time. Light work – exerting up to 30 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
