Niles Youngstown Hampton Inn by Hilton is seeking a Night Auditor to manage nightly accounting, guest service, and front desk operations. You will verify charges, balance cash drawers, and prepare reports for management while ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the overnight shift.

The ideal candidate has 6 months to 1+ year of Night Audit experience, enjoys overnight hours, and can handle confidential financial information with integrity. Competitive pay and full benefits accompany this role.

Formación

• 6 months - 1+ year of Night Audit experience preferred.
• Desire to work overnight shifts.
• Ability to keep accurate accounts of cash, checks and credit transactions.

Responsabilidades

• Keeps accurate accounts of cash, checks and credit transactions.
• Handles confidential information, including guest records, with a high degree of integrity.
• Verifies room charges and rates; verifies register has appropriate starting cash.
• Manages daily paperwork including occupancy report, guest list, cash drawer summary, balance sheet, account summary, history file, and housekeeping report.
• Submits reports to corporate office as appropriate.
• Blocks rooms and handles guest requests; Performs security walks and emergency procedures.
