Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and the public while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of buildings, grounds, and perimeter to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for entry and exit.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and coordinate with appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain documentation of patrols and incidents.
