Job summary

Poly6 is seeking an Entry Level Manufacturing Production Technician for the 3rd shift in Burlington, MA. The role supports daily production, safety, and quality targets, performing hands-on tasks and following established processes to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include operating 3D printing and post-processing equipment, inspecting parts, maintaining inventories, and recording data in digital systems. A UCS security?

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
• 0+ years manufacturing or related experience; fast-paced/additive env a plus
• Able to pass vision and hearing tests
• Comfortable handling hazardous materials in a controlled environment

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain additive manufacturing machines (setup, calibration, material loading, solvent production)
• Update chemical inventories to match production schedules
• Perform post-processing (support removal, surface finishing, heat treatment)
• Interpret drawings, CAD models and build files for accurate production
• Conduct in-process and final inspections with precision tools and visual standards
• Follow SOPs and quality standards to meet regulatory requirements
• Record production data and equipment logs in ERP/MES systems
• Monitor machine performance and conduct preventive maintenance
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues
• Maintain a clean, safe 6S workplace and PPE compliance
