Job summary

Pike Electric LLC is seeking a Class B Lineman to construct and repair overhead distribution systems and to work on energized and de-energized lines. You may travel to different job sites, including out-of-state locations, and report to the Foreman.

Safety is emphasized, with live-line work and emergency callouts part of the role. Responsibilities include installing and repairing lines, poles and hardware, climbing structures, and operating bucket trucks and related equipment.

Qualifications

• Three years of overhead line experience.
• Valid CDL.
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Lift up to 50 pounds; work extended hours.
• Willing to work outages, storms, and on‑call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Construct and repair overhead distribution systems.
• Perform live-line work using gloving and hot-stick techniques.
• Install and repair lines, poles, insulators and hardware.
• Operate bucket trucks, digger derricks and other equipment.
• Travel to various job sites and outages as needed.
