Job summary

Pike Electric LLC in Florida is seeking a Class A Lineman to construct and repair overhead distribution systems. You will work on energized and de-energized lines and may travel to multiple job sites as needed, reporting to the Foreman.

This safety‑focused role requires five years of overhead line experience, a valid CDL, and willingness to travel long distances on short notice. You must be able to work overtime, outdoors in varying conditions, and operate bucket trucks and related equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' overhead line experience.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Ability to work extended hours including weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform new construction, maintenance and repair of overhead distribution lines, prioritizing safety.
• Lead crew in absence of the Employee in Charge and conduct safety briefings.
• Train and mentor apprentices and groundmen.
• Install and repair poles, insulators, conductors and related hardware.
• Perform live-line work using approved gloves and hot-stick techniques.
