Job summary

Primoris T&D is seeking Overhead Lineman Apprentices Levels 1–8 to join our Port Richey, FL team. You will assist experienced crews with constructing, maintaining, and repairing overhead electrical distribution lines, progressing through an apprenticeship program based on training and demonstrated skills.

Responsibilities include helping set poles, framing, installing crossarms and equipment, performing groundwork, and supporting line crews. CDL A and a willingness to travel are valuable.

Qualifications

• Prior overhead electrical distribution or utility construction experience preferred.
• Must be willing to progress through apprenticeship program and learn the overhead line trade.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working at heights.
• Must be comfortable outdoors in varying weather and conditions.
• Must have valid driver’s license; CDL A preferred.

This position assists experienced line crews with the construction, maintenance, and repair of overhead electrical distribution systems.
