Primoris T&D Services, LLC in Inverness, FL is seeking Overhead Lineman Apprentices Levels 1–8 to join our field teams. This role assists experienced line crews with construction, maintenance, and repair of overhead electrical distribution systems.

Apprentice level will be determined by training and demonstrated skills. You will work outdoors, follow safety procedures, and may travel for assignments; CDL A and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Overhead electrical distribution experience preferred; varies by apprentice level.
• Willingness to progress through an apprenticeship program and learn the trade.
• Physically demanding work including lifting and working at heights.
• Must have a valid driver's license; CDL A is required.
• Willing to travel, overtime, weekends, and emergency assignments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with construction, maintenance, and repair of overhead distribution lines.
• Assist linemen with setting poles, framing poles, crossarms, insulators, conductors, transformers and other equipment.
• Perform groundwork and support line crews; load/unload materials.
• Pull, sag, and install overhead conductor; operate hand/power tools.
• Follow climbing, rigging, grounding, and electrical safety procedures.
• Site setup, cleanup, and traffic-control duties; work from ground and heights as permitted.

Job Overview:Primoris T&D is seeking Overhead Lineman Apprentices Levels 1–8 to join our team in the Inverness, FL area. This position assists experienced line crews with the construction, maintenance, and repair of overhead electrical distribution systems.
