Job summary

Team Fishel is hiring an Electrical Foreman - Overhead Distribution in Efland, NC. You will lead field crews to meet project goals safely and efficiently, coordinating on-site activities and ensuring adherence to blueprints and customer specifications.

Minimum overhead distribution construction experience and ability to read blueprints are required. A high school diploma or equivalent is also required. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Extensive overhead electrical distribution construction experience.
• Experience reading blueprints and specifications.
• High school education or equivalent in related courses.

Responsibilities

• Leads on various size projects.
• Ensures accuracy of timesheets and expense reports.
• Develops work-around procedures for maintaining crew productivity during delays.
• Monitors quality assurance and ensures installations meet specs.
• Ensures safety practices are observed by all crews.
• Reports, coordinates and supervises all aspects of a project.
• May perform site surveys for estimates or QA.
