Description

Team Fishel is hiring an Electrical Foreman - Overhead Distribution for our Efland, NC office. The Foreman will be responsible for assisting the supervisor by leading field crews to meet project goals in a safe manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead various sized projects
• Ensure accuracy of timesheets and expense reports
• Develop work‑around procedures to maintain crew productivity during delays caused by other trades, customers, lack of materials, absenteeism, etc.
• Monitor quality assurance and ensure installations meet customer specifications and industry standards
• Ensure safety practices are observed by all crews during their work
• Report, coordinate and supervise all aspects of a project
• May work independently performing site surveys for estimates, proposal preparation, or quality assurance

Requirements & Qualifications

• Demonstrated extensive overhead electrical distribution construction experience
• Previous experience working from blueprints and specifications
• High school education or equivalent industry courses
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
