Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of related work experience, or an Associate's Degree with 4+ years, or a high school diploma with 5+ years.
• Proficiency interpreting field drawings and layouts; knowledge of overhead distribution systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety compliance by enforcing OSHA, DOT, and company standards.
• Direct and monitor crews performing installation, maintenance, and repair of the overhead electric system.
• Provide coverage for system emergencies and ICS events.
• Utilize computer systems to schedule work, track progress, and close out jobs.
• Inspect completed work and implement corrective actions.
